- Immediate Deletion: Files requiring server-side processing are stored in temporary memory and are permanently deleted immediately upon completion of the process. We do not retain your files.
Data Retention Policy
We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting or other legal requirements).
- Uploaded Files: Immediately deleted after processing (within seconds).
- Server Logs: Standard retention (e.g., 30–90 days) for security processing.
- Analytics Data: Up to 26 months (anonymized).
International Data Transfers
FileFusion is operated from India. If you are accessing our Services from outside India, please be aware that your data may be transferred to, stored, and processed in India or other countries where our hosting and service providers maintain facilities.
For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), we ensure that any international transfer of personal data is carried out in compliance with applicable data protection laws, including the use of Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission or other valid transfer mechanisms.

- Right to Nominate: Under the DPDP Act, you may nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of your death or incapacity.
As a Data Fiduciary under the DPDP Act 2023, FileFusion processes personal data only for the purposes consented to by you, and implements reasonable security safeguards to protect your data. In the event of a data breach, we will notify the Data Protection Board of India and affected users as required under applicable law.

Do Not Track (DNT) Disclosure
Some web browsers transmit "Do Not Track" (DNT) signals to websites. Because there is no uniform standard for interpreting DNT signals, FileFusion does not currently respond to DNT browser signals or headers. We will continue to monitor developments in DNT technology and may adopt a DNT standard in the future if one is established.
Children's Information
Protecting children's privacy is of paramount importance. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and monitor their children's online activity.
FileFusion does not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13.
